The Copywriter Specialist is responsible for the creation of world-class brochure and client application sites using website design software and customer supplied information. The ideal Design Services Specialist

  • Copywriter candidate will have strong expertise in written and oral communication skills, the ability to create persuasive SEO-friendly ad copy, and a proven understanding of text layout.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creation of copy for DIFM websites based on the customer's business strategy, preferences, and industry best practices.

  • Design Services Specialist

  • Copywriters are responsible for creating professional, accurate, persuasive, marketing-driven, SEO-friendly, and error-free ad copy from customer-provided information as well as industry knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects of varying complexities, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.

  • Organizational skills are a must for this fast-paced environment.

  • Work directly with site owner (Customer) to develop the website including, consultation, e-mails and phone calls. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and produce work that meets all internal quality standards.

  • The Design Services Specialist

  • Copywriter is also expected to participate in team meetings to provide recommendations and feedback on improvements to process, fulfillment, and product offerings.

Experience Required:

  • Very detail-oriented and excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong creative skills.

  • Dedicated, organized and team oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.

  • Experience in customer service (preferably in a call center).

  • An understanding of SEO and web layout experience is also preferred.

  • HS diploma is required, college degree in English or writing, or 2-3 years professional experience writing copy, preferably in an Internet company, is a plus.

Job Description Reduce losses by negotiating and collecting payment on delinquent retail, consumer, residential or auto accounts.
