Provide timely administration and support for core contact center systems
Create and maintain associate profiles, work spaces and system access
Serve as subject matter expert and liaison for internal and external customers
Identify and optimize system capabilities by identifying, prioritizing and
We seek people with these qualifications:
2-4 years contact center or systems administration experience preferred
Working knowledge of call center routing, ACD & IVR systems
Experience configuring CRM database systems (Oracle RightNow, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar)
Demonstrated ability troubleshooting retail, e-commerce and business applications & connectivity
Ability to provide on-call support for system outages
