Job Description:

We are seeking an entry level Program Manager to join our Sales Enablement team.

This Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of projects within our team.

This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the sales force is equipped with the tools, information, and training they need to succeed. This position will also include video creation and production for internal training.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Sales Enablement Programs: Help manage sales enablement programs such as onboarding, refresher training, and coaching initiatives for sales teams.

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channel within the team and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure sales enablement initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and that the sales team has the necessary support. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the program management function. Implement best practices to enhance project delivery effectiveness. Establish a feedback loop with the sales team to gather insights on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.

Market and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about trends, best practices in sales enablement, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve sales enablement. Video Creation and Production: Create and produce brief refresher training videos of presentation material.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in project management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented and self-starter with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Understanding of project management tools

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.

  • Experience with Video creation tools such as Final Cut Pro is preferred
