The Client Success Specialist supports clients with their utilization of our HR products and services, including payroll and benefits administration, HRIS, and cloud products. The Client Success Specialist will interface with clients at all levels of management including senior executives to ensure success in their business processes related to HR, payroll and benefits. The Client Success Specialist will employ expertise in systems and reporting to offer value to clients by assisting them with becoming more efficient through the utilization of our technology. In addition, the Client Success Specialist will work often with cross-functional teams to focus on enhancing the customer experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work to resolve general client issues related to HR, payroll, benefits, reporting and our HRIS system.

  • Organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services.

  • Deliver excellent core standard services to clients.

  • Conduct new client on-boarding process, as necessary; provide support and compliance guidance for basic set-up questions regarding payroll and benefits.

  • Consistently deliver excellent account/relationship management and customer service.

  • Deliver dependable, accurate, appropriate, timely, and easy-to-use value-added solutions to meet clients' needs.

  • Manage open cases to ensure problem resolution in shortest amount of time, while keeping clients regularly informed of status and anticipated resolution date.

  • Handle call overflow as needed.

  • Responsible for taking initiative and action towards professional development.

  • Responsible for managing a book of clients, primarily with 1-5 employees each.

  • Responsible for contributing to high client retention.

  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education: College degree preferred or minimum of 3 years of Payroll and HR experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • FPC Preferred


  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, payroll and/or HR experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Top notch customer service skills.

  • Knowledge in payroll, benefits and compliance management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to independently resolve issues.

  • Ability to link business need to human capital programs and operational services.

  • Knowledge of and ability to explain and provide guidance on clients' payroll, benefits, reporting and best practices in HR operations.

  • Knowledge and strong understanding of TriNet's practices, policies, processes, systems capabilities and limitations.

  • Ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Title: Vice President, Business Development Reports to: Sr. Vice President, Business Development Department: Business Development FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt Summary/Objective: The Vice President, Business Development is the key member of the business development team focused on prospecting, managing, and establishing partnerships with current and potential clients to find solutions to business and technological challenges that stand in the way of student success and completion. In this role you will use your extensive experience, broad network and consultative selling skills to drive both existing partnerships, as well as establish new partnerships aligned to the strategic goals of the company. 
 Essential Functions: * Establish relationships with Sr. Higher education leaders (President/Chancellor, CFO, Provost, CIO) to position CampusWorks as the trusted advisor to call when institutional problems are overwhelming today or in the future. * Maintain a well-defined understanding of the key business and technology changes in the higher education marketplace * Leveraging marketplace knowledge lead and engage discussions with Sr. institutional leaders on all aspects of Higher Education business challenges * Develop and drive new client acquisition in key Higher Education markets identified above * Negotiate business and contract terms to establish beneficial agreements, that provide client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data * Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position CampusWorks * Provide support for marketing activities and events * Drive lead generation for new territories, higher education segments, and products. Education, Skills and Experience: * Proven record of accomplishment of consultative selling to Sr. Higher Education leaders * Driven, intelligent, great at relationships of all kinds, strong business acumen, cultural fit with CampusWorks values, and able to thrive in a x-functional collaborative team environment. * Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Higher Education business functions to ensure ability to drive consultative sales. * Task oriented with the ability to be successful in a virtual environment. * BA/BS in business, computer science, or other relevant field; MBA is preferred. * 5 years of relevant experience * Excellent negotiation skills and experience developing and structuring agreements to support business and services objectives. * Ability to drive business case development, draft and deliver presentations on strategic initiatives and lead deal negotiations to closure. * Outstanding interpersonal, written communication and strong/succinct oral communication skills essential. * Willingness to travel extensively. * Experience with technology and enterprise software preferred; technical acumen and understanding of software or infrastructure preferred. * Intelligent, hard-working, ability to understand technical concepts quickly, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get things done. * Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment * Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies * Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment What we will expect from you:

Work Environment/Physical Demands: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend or evening hours may be necessary for travel or in emergency situations. This is largely a traveling role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and cell phone. Most work is completed at a client location.
