The Client Success Specialist supports clients with their utilization of our HR products and services, including payroll and benefits administration, HRIS, and cloud products. The Client Success Specialist will interface with clients at all levels of management including senior executives to ensure success in their business processes related to HR, payroll and benefits. The Client Success Specialist will employ expertise in systems and reporting to offer value to clients by assisting them with becoming more efficient through the utilization of our technology. In addition, the Client Success Specialist will work often with cross-functional teams to focus on enhancing the customer experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work to resolve general client issues related to HR, payroll, benefits, reporting and our HRIS system.

  • Organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services.

  • Deliver excellent core standard services to clients.

  • Conduct new client on-boarding process, as necessary; provide support and compliance guidance for basic set-up questions regarding payroll and benefits.

  • Consistently deliver excellent account/relationship management and customer service.

  • Deliver dependable, accurate, appropriate, timely, and easy-to-use value-added solutions to meet clients' needs.

  • Manage open cases to ensure problem resolution in shortest amount of time, while keeping clients regularly informed of status and anticipated resolution date.

  • Handle call overflow as needed.

  • Responsible for taking initiative and action towards professional development.

  • Responsible for managing a book of clients, primarily with 1-5 employees each.

  • Responsible for contributing to high client retention.

  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education: College degree preferred or minimum of 3 years of Payroll and HR experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

  • FPC Preferred


  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, payroll and/or HR experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Top notch customer service skills.

  • Knowledge in payroll, benefits and compliance management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to independently resolve issues.

  • Ability to link business need to human capital programs and operational services.

  • Knowledge of and ability to explain and provide guidance on clients' payroll, benefits, reporting and best practices in HR operations.

  • Knowledge and strong understanding of TriNet's practices, policies, processes, systems capabilities and limitations.

  • Ability to work well within a team in an office.

  • Ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities The Program Manager is responsible in partnership with for overall project success. At CampusWorks, we help colleges and universities tackle difficult technological challenges that stand in the way of student success. As our Program Manager, you will be placed with a client institution where you will play a vital role in leading a large, complex project that will help provide online education to students throughout the country in support of the institution's vision. The Program Manager is responsible for creation, execution and monitoring of client plans. The PM collaborates with the Portfolio Manager and team, contributing to the development of plans and strategies, and is responsible for the overall delivery effort including at time vendor escalations and client escalations. The PM is also responsible for managing the execution of the efforts of any and all subcontractors who are involved in this project. * This includes contributions to the initial project planning, resource planning, budget monitoring, communication planning and status reporting. * Responsible for collaborating with appropriate CampusWorks and client stakeholders to maintaining client plans. * Produces project management reports, monitors and adjusts resource plans and site budgets, escalating and collaborating where appropriate. * The Program Manager is responsible for learning and applying CampusWorks project management methodology and processes, producing the related project management artifacts and processes to support CampusWorks' client success, including: * Project Charter, including requirements, scope, success factors, milestones, budget and resource identification. * Risk Management Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Communication Plan, and Resource Management Plan. * Resource scheduling and planning. Budget monitoring and reporting. Quality Control and Assurance. * Client Logistics Coordination. Action Item and Issue tracking. Milestone and Deliverables tracking. * Status Reporting. Requirements * A strong track record as Program Manager with at least 5 years' experience in a college or university environment * Minimum 7 years managing IT projects * Minimum 3 years in Higher Education * Talent for leading large, high-profile projects, and fostering an environment of positive team engagement and trust * Experience with Business Process Review and Optimization project implementations * Proven success leading an organization through change * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skill * Excellent organizational skills * Project Management Professional (PMP) required Work Environment/Physical Demands: This is a full-time virtual position. Corporate office hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, the nature of the business often requires work beyond these hours and some weekend or evening hours are necessary for coordination, travel or emergency situations; requires travel to and from the client location via auto and/or air.
