We are seeking a Senior Analyst to help build and manage our Unify platform (our user interface for our client team and Walmart partners). As part of this role, you will develop an understanding for our clients' unique business needs, then work with a team to build, manage, and optimize our solutions around the problems our partners are trying to solve. Following NPD & IRI's merger in 2022, you will also work on integrating Food/Consumables & Gen Merch datasets & methodologies to create one seamless solution for our Walmart.
What will you be doing?
You will be part of the portfolio enablement team supporting enterprise clients at Walmart. We focus on driving clarity out of the complexity of our data portfolio, market dynamics, and customer behavior. You will work collaboratively with Walmart internal team members as well as external Walmart clients to deliver best-in-class reporting and analyses.
Job Responsibilities
Develop high level competence of Circana's data assets.
Execute and maintain Walmart reporting in Circana Unify User Experience platform.
Organize reporting into stories to support common analysis paths using User Experience tool Genius Script.
Ownership of ad-hoc data pulls and analyses for internal clients directly supporting our clients and high client satisfaction.
Promote use of latest Circana innovations and improvements to drive client business growth.
Identify and implement process improvements and best practice sharing opportunities.
Lead client training initiatives on Circana platform & tools to aid self-service usage.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field with a quantitative component
1-2 years of analytical experience preferred - Retail knowledge a plus.
Passion for consulting utilizing data and analytics.
An inquisitive orientation to problem-solving and analysis
Strong verbal communication skills
Responsiveness and speed with an eye for detail & accuracy
Ability to work well in teams and with clients
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing tasks

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $78,500.
