The key responsibilities of the role include:
Responsible for serving as the lead on the largest/most complex projects in Loan Operations. The role is responsible for an end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions. Focus relates to both the current and future business environment.
The role will drive change by identifying new processes to enhance or replace existing ones. These enhancements must them be communicated through the business. Subject matter expertise in retail loans and loan processing system(s) is beneficial.
Understand the function and purpose of multiple integrated systems, and how they serve the needs of the business.
Assist the business unit team(s) in understanding and improving processes and procedures.
Help plan and execute the strategic direction of business function activities.
Implement complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.
Leverage system and technical knowledge to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the business.
Work with teams across the organization to understand and improve end to end loan processing.
