The key responsibilities of the role include:

Responsible for serving as the lead on the largest/most complex projects in Loan Operations. The role is responsible for an end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions. Focus relates to both the current and future business environment.

The role will drive change by identifying new processes to enhance or replace existing ones. These enhancements must them be communicated through the business. Subject matter expertise in retail loans and loan processing system(s) is beneficial.

Understand the function and purpose of multiple integrated systems, and how they serve the needs of the business.

Assist the business unit team(s) in understanding and improving processes and procedures.

Help plan and execute the strategic direction of business function activities.

Implement complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.

Leverage system and technical knowledge to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the business.

Work with teams across the organization to understand and improve end to end loan processing.

Experienced developing a comfort level working with all levels of an organization, and achieved the ability to identify and correct both systemic and human inefficiencies that affect production. The candidate has worked with both external vendors and internal systems, and can influence change in both areas to eliminate inefficiencies and drive process improvement.

Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and business knowledge.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Ability to understand the technical aspects of systems and match them to the specific needs of the business unit.

Summary of the Position's Responsibilities Overview: The job involves working for a Global fund administrator, specializing in providing Middle Office for complex hedge funds and asset managers. The ideal candidate has direct Treasury/Cash Management experience within the asset management space through Consulting or Investment Operations (middle/back office) including with cash settlements, forecasting, collateral and funding requirements across bank, custodian and Prime Broker relationships. The successful candidate is an innovative, proven leader who takes ownership of responsibilities, drives change and achieves objectives. Team focus and the ability to both lead and manage senior functions independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment is essential. This person is proactive in solving challenges and demonstrates exemplary follow-through. He/she adds value by overseeing and working on a number of simultaneous tasks/projects with minimal supervision while paying special attention to detail. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and works well with partner areas. Responsibilities: * Lead key client engagements as Cash SME to support all aspects of successfully onboarding new client business. * Effectively manage and develop the team to provide exemplary service and support to our business and clients. * Assist in the sales and onboarding process acting as a Treasury product expert and leading client projects and implementations. * Oversee the daily operational process across Treasury functions for clients including the processing of general, trade or investor payment activity while ensuring that all control objectives are complete. * Perform and provide cash and liquidity forecasting to complex asset management clients across strategies. * Work closely with management on strategic team objectives by managing projects, providing key management reporting and identifying and escalating issues to management as appropriate. * Communicate effectively with clients, team members, internal groups and external counterparties * Provide feedback into cash management system based upon market place needs, client feedback and workflow improvement. * Expand Treasury Management capabilities to provide additional solutions and assist clients in making financing decisions and managing cash across multi-Prime and custodian relationships.
