Then you may have found your next career move. We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team. The Accounting Specialist will provide clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate loading of Customer and Subcontractor rates into our systems.

Will also be responsible for being backup processor for Payroll. What you'll do... Responsible for uploading and maintaining Customer and Subcontractor rates in our systems Process all vendor changes Run reports and maintain monthly logs Assist with completing certified payroll Be a backup for weekly payroll processing and running associated reports Perform regular scanning and filing of accounting documents Adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and requirements Ensure completion of work responsibilities and special projects in accordance with the designated timeframe Adhere to Company ethical requirements, demonstrating the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters Provide controller with feedback, ideas and suggestions. Work on other projects as assigned Qualifications Who we are looking for... High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of accounting and payroll experience Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and others as needed Previous experience working with accounting software, preferably Solomon Ability to multi-task Good verbal and written communication skills Positive and effective customer service skills Benefits and Company Summary What you'll get...
