Statement of Purpose:
The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of manager and hourly team member
training materials. This position creates and administers training programs, including focused instructional design,
videos and supplemental training support. The Training Specialist works closely with subject matter experts to
ensure content is appropriate and accurate.
Designing and creating engaging, effective team member training materials
Designing and maintaining the certified restaurant hourly training program
Team member end to end programing from onboarding to ongoing learning
Content management for all team member training materials
Maintain ServSafe food certification database
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate in team settings.
Ability to effectively and efficiently lead and complete multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
? The ideal candidate must have high level writing skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn
new technologies staying up-to-date on methodologies.
? Degree in relevant subject or 3 years+ experience in instructional design.
? Experience with web development & Adobe Creative Suite
? Passionate about creating interactive learning.
