Automotive Warranty Network, Inc, the leader in comprehensive warranty claims management for auto dealers has multiple Special Warranty Assistance Team (SWAT) CSI - Warranty openings in our Warranty Administration team.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Automotive Warranty Specialist will demonstrate excellent customer service, flexibility and sense of urgency while maintaining a presence of professionalism and integrity. This is a highly important job in our organization. We grow at a rate of 1 new client everyday. We have a team that intakes these new clients and evaluates their current status - they evaluate:
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Current warranty receivables schedule status
  • Current warranty open RO list
  • Current claims in the manufacturer submission site
  • Develop, as a team, a plan to organize and execute the processes necessary to catch the dealer up as soon as possible
  • This team will also be called upon to assist in warranty coverage as becomes necessary for vacation coverage.
  • Hours will be set up in monthly shift rotations for early day coverage and later day coverage. No night shifts required. No Sundays, ever.
  • Members of this team will also need to become available to be part of a Saturday coverage rotation along with other administrators and team leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to the change that comes from a rapidly growing company is essential.
  • The candidate will eventually learn all auto manufacturers’ warranty systems and all auto industry Dealer Management Systems (computer systems).
  • Deep support and training will be constantly available.

JOB LOCATION:
  • This is an in-office position at our offices in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Dealership warranty administration experience and dealership exposure to DMS is necessary. This is a salaried position with starting amounts commensurate with experience.

The Manager Special Product Solutions and Tax is responsible for oversight, leadership, and management of staff that support special investment product operations (self-directed brokerage, employer stock, Secure Foundation, Tax and others) and partners providing product services. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and service structures and business needs are met. Interacts with internal and/or external high-level contacts to develop solutions to complex problems. RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversees a team of 4 to 6 specialists responsible for supporting various investment products, including but not limited to company stock and self-directed brokerage * Manages special investment products and services (Company Stock, Retirement Income, SDB, Regulatory mailing, among others) and partners providing these services as well as vendors providing other services through department staff. * Develops and motivates staff to achieve departmental objectives and allocates resources to ensure the timely completion of work. * Implements and maintains recordkeeping functionality supporting various product and service offering both internal and with outside partners and vendors. * Oversees team that acts as a liaison between Product, Partners and Legal, Operations and relevant functional areas. Regularly coaches team members to increase skillset. Offers suggested operational efficiencies. * Manages certain other vendor relationships in tandem with Procurement, including the approval of related invoices. * Tracks, maintains and reports against service standard requirements to ensure they are being met, through consistent monitoring of daily work, including but not limited to e-mail and SR monitors and monthly one on ones. Provides insight into performance to internal and external customers via quarterly and ad-hoc dashboard reports and metrics. Provides additional detail to clients, as necessary. * Participation in new business sales presentations and new product launches. * Coordinates system fixes enhancements and otherwise support these unique products and services including systems upgrades. * Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, reporting and service support for all Products and Partners. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent related experience. REGISTRATIONS * FINRA Series 6 and 26 registration(s) permitted, but not required. Corporate-established timelines apply to permitted positions. * FINRA fingerprinting required. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous supervisory experience in related industry * 4 or more years financial services, retirement plan and/or experience required * Previous experience tracking productivity via metrics and/or dashboards * Previous experience presenting to large groups and/or individuals * Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans. * Ability to coach a staff and track improvement * Advanced written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of product(s) offered and features offered/excluded * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple, competing priorities * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations. * Must be able to meet deadlines * Professional office environment and regular use of office equipment such as computers, phones, fax and copy machines * Some travel possible (5% to 10%) Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company Greenwood Village CO
