As a Special Tooling Crib Coordinator, you will support a mechanical engineering Special Tooling design team by fulfilling factory tooling requests, maintaining inventory accuracy of Government and Customer-owned property in a PRISM based property system, coordinate property audits, complete need reviews for program tooling, and dispositioning of excess tooling.
What You Will Do
Custodian property record maintenance of Government, Customer, and Raytheon-owned Special Tooling
Consistently display effective communication and strong professional behaviors
Cyclical Special Tooling inventory
Property record updates in the SAP Property System
Supporting compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols
Taking action based on metrics that drive and/or affect the property system
Interaction with other factories, teams, programs, and Business Units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives
Frequent use of Microsoft Office applications
Maintaining record accuracy through close attention to detail
Qualifications You Must Have
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative work ethic to work with others in a team environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical ability to lift heavy tooling, work with hands positioned above head, and ability to use ladders and step stools
Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities
Detail oriented and organized
U.S. Citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM and Property system (i.e., SPS)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure business needs are met
Active Secret clearance
Previous DoD experience
Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed to support the factory

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
