Minimum of two years' experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Job Purpose and Scope:
Under general direction, provide analytical support to the EVP of Loan Administration while working with varying levels of personnel and management to implement projects and manage the existing loan portfolio in the core.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform complex duties and provide analytical support to EVP of Loan Administration.
Assist the EVP of Loan Administration with orchestrating mergers and acquisitions of core banking systems facilitating the mapping, testing and balancing components related to Loan Administration; minimizing out of balance scenarios and ensuring accurate core conversions.
Assist the EVP of Loan Administration in the development and testing of process and software to meet current and future lending personnel needs.
Research, analyze and provide accurate reporting using bank's core software and other resources in an accurate and timely manner.
Timely analysis and submission of documentation and data requested from government agencies.
Service for bought and sold participations ensuring payment are posted correctly and remitted to participants in a timely and accurate manner.
Produce accurate, thorough and timely work, while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures.
Handle lending personnel calls identifying, reporting, researching and problem resolution.
Develops and maintains complex loan reports; analyzes loan data for upper management utilizing Business Analytic reports and other software including Microsoft Excel.
Reviews daily loan reports for accuracy and to mitigate fraudulent activity in core systems.
Manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously with varying responsibility and complexity.
Maintains customer confidentiality at all times.
Regular, good and punctual attendance to work.
Adhere to all Bank policy, practice and procedure.
Periodic travel on company business
