Special Services Tech / Restoration

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company is looking to hire a full-time Restoration/Floor Technician to serve our clients throughout Northern Virginia. To learn more about our great company, including our 45-plus year history, go to www.MisterKleen.com.

We offer a base rate of $23-$27/hour (based on experience), a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

Here is what you need to qualify:

• Minimum of two years' floor and carpet care experience, including buffing, scrubbing, stripping floors, carpet care

• Experience using carpet extractors and auto scrubbers

• Previous experience in fire and water restoration services a plus

• Valid Driver's License

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clean and repair carpets and floors

• Clean jobsites after fires, floods, and construction

• Clean upholstered furniture

• Regular custodial cleaning in commercial and high security buildings

• Clean and stock vehicle

• Perform other duties as assigned

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Hourly rate of $23.00-$27.00, depending on experience

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing

• Climbing

• Bending forward

• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum

• Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling

• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder

• Respective bending and arm movements
