JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, the Special Programs Consultant makes outbound telephone calls from a list provided by the Company based on owner data. The Consultant offers qualified owners a dinner experience in exchange for a timeshare tour.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Makes outbound telephone calls.

  • Offers qualified owners a dinner experience in exchange for a timeshare tour.

  • Meets the established minimum target quota of fourteen (14) net qualified tours on a biweekly basis.

  • Maintains the minimum monthly budget volume per guest (VPG).

  • Maintains a 9.5% conversion ratio on total leads.

  • Must not exceed 65 minutes "time pause" per day inclusive one 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

  • Be familiar with all company programs, systems and resorts.

  • Must be well versed and educated with each script and promotion offered.

  • Follows company guidelines for solicitation including, but not limited to, script adherence in telephone communications.

  • Adheres to company and federal guidelines as they relate to the Do Not Call list.

  • Takes ownership of personal behavior and weekly production levels.

  • Exhibits utmost professionalism when interacting with fellow team members/management as well as owners, members and prospects.

  • Ensures compliance with timekeeping, including clocking in/out procedures and attendance.

  • Consistently applies training received on computer programs including, but not limited to, Atlas.

  • Assists in other clerical and analytical tasks as assigned.

  • Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.

  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the customer service field required.

  • No supervisory experience required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

  • This position does not require licenses or certifications.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices. Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.

The Call Center Enterprise Product Owner position is responsible for defining the product roadmap and capabilities for development of an enterprise product and services for all ACE markets and communicating the strategic and tactical goals and objectives for the product, in accordance with business line drivers. The candidate must have Call Center experience. They will create and implement all strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of company goals for the assigned product. Leads the process of setting business requirements for overall functionality and navigation and ensures the product backlog is created. Primarily responsible for prioritizing the product backlog to achieve the committed business objectives. Work is performed with only minimal guidance and requires extensive knowledge in established call center practices, techniques and methods. Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in areas such as: Think strategically and assume responsibility for results. Recognizes constantly changing nature of call center environment, including 24-hr/7-day a week operating hours. The position works across multiple business units and will be responsible to several key stakeholders in developing strategy, initiatives, and implementation processes to achieve organizational goals and remain competitive in the marketplace. Experience: * Four-year college degree in marketing, MS&IS, business, management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Minimum 2-5 years product management, product development, Agile product owner or related experience for enterprise products or programs. * Must have Call Center and IVR products and operations is a must. Experience leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Demonstrated experience in project management required. * Demonstrated experience managing KPI for enterprise products required. Prior budgeting, forecasting, and/or strategic planning experience required. * Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans required. * Advanced ability required in defining and leading implementation of new processes. * Advanced ability to coordinate and control major projects required. Superior strategic, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, especially in assessing consumer/site visitor needs defining a successful online experience that is consistent with the brand. Clear understanding of user interface (UI) and the basic principles and design qualities that have been shown to make web applications easier to use. * Requires moderate ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data. Advanced organization, planning, and problem resolution skills required. Goal-oriented, with ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and financial forecasting. * Excellent communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written, including authorship of product-related documentation.
