Position Description: Job Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States Hours: 6-10 hours per week Reports To: Community Relations Manager

Job Description:
Revitalize T-Town(RTT) seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative intern to support and grow our Special Events and Community Relations Departments.
This is a volunteer internship.
College credit is available when allowed by your university program.
Mission: Making homes safe and secure for low-income homeowners Vision: A safe healthy home for everyone Position

  • Work with staff team to accomplish mission and vision

  • Participate in Revitalize T-Town special events and other ongoing projects as needed

  • Solicit and procure auction items for silent auctions at RTT hosted events and events where RTT is the beneficiary

  • Assist with event logistics as needed

  • Procure volunteers for RTT related special events

  • Attend Event Committee meetings

  • Writing client and event stories

  • Creating posts for Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn/Other Social Media platforms

  • Assisting in creating mission related videos

  • Must be excellent in written communication, social media and a quick learner.

  • Work directly with clients: -Update client files/data entry via web-based application Apricot Position

  • Strong computer and internet skills; knowledge of and enthusiasm for web-based applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • High energy; commitment to social change

  • Ability to multitask, handle details, and work independently

  • Well developed organization skills with a solid orientation to detail.

  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

In this position, you will help support the Operations Excellence Manager in producing timely, reliable, and accurate financial forecasts and financial reporting analysis. You will also help to support the calculation of timely, reliable and accurate customer rebates, which involves working with internal customers to gain alignment on the final rebate payments. You also from time to time will help with ad hoc reporting and special projects. As an FP&A Intern, your responsibilities will include: * Spearheading the budget and forecasting process for the Corporate function * Assisting management in the preparation, review, and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts * Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate forecasting and budgeting reports for management review * Providing necessary financial data to support the day-to-day operations and long-term decision-making of management * Improving methodology for financial analysis techniques and financial reports and preparing financial reporting associated with OPEX * Managing the process of calculating rebate accruals/payments based on contract terms * Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate calculations/reporting and gain alignment between the Commercial group, Accounting group, and the customer on the final rebate payment * Ensuring all rebate documentation has been reviewed and approved through the proper channels and that the payments are made on time * Work on special projects focused on process improvements and reporting as needed The FP&A Intern position is well-suited for you if you: * Have good prioritization and organizational skills and are dedicated and able to manage time well, while working within strict deadlines * Collaborate and maintain positive relationships with internal partners to deliver results and support business performance * Are a creative, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity * Enjoy working collaboratively with peers and teams in the organization Qualified candidates will have: * Progress towards a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 preferred * Ability to work 40hrs per week during the summer internship term * Ability to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions * Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make and support decisions to resolve problems and take advance to opportunities * Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills required * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time To be eligible for consideration, candidates must: * Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
