JOB SUMMARY:

The Special Events Ambassador is an ON-CALL position and holds the responsibility to assist with various property/marketing functions in the Las Vegas region and may be called in for general office duties. Representatives are the customer service representation of this department. We take pride in making sure our guests have a great experience while participating in an invitational event. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental procedures, practices and policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides excellent customer service.

  • Creates an atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests.

  • Assists Special Events team with the execution of invitational events and promotions.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing business levels and values the differences of others.

  • Displays a professional demeanor and willingness to assist guests.

  • Must be able to multi-task.

  • Constantly seeks ways to improve friendly and helpful service and reduce guests waiting time to positively impact department's guest service ratings.

  • Ensures integrity and confidentiality of all guest's data. Complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures.

  • Deliver and pick up items to and from other properties when necessary.

  • Perform all other job-related duties as requested.

  • Must comply with Responsible Gaming guidelines outlined by Caesars Entertainment and complete annual refresher modes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous customer service experience with the proven ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to customers.

  • Must be able to work any day of the week, any shift and long hours when necessary.

  • Must be able to work holidays.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

  • Must comply with company's appearance standards.

  • Ability to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to maintain composure and excellent relations under all circumstances.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Basic computer skills with software systems to include IBM, Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe is required.

  • Minimum 21 years of age and can obtain a Gaming Sheriff's card.
