Plans, organizes, coordinates, promotes and facilitates specials events in accordance with LMHS Foundation policies and procedures. Assumes lead role for assigned events which includes preparation of collateral materials, publicity, communication with sponsors, volunteers, committee members, medical and administrative staff.

Prepares and coordinates print and collateral materials related to multiple events and works with the lead planner , graphic designer and vendors as appropriate. Develops event planning timeline, budgets and income projections for each event and completes the post event evaluation. Promotes positive relationships with major donors, prospects and representative organizations. Collaborates with major gift officers in developing follow-up plans for key prospects.

GFA is a full-service engineering consulting firm, specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, material testing, and building inspections. Our clients include contractors, developers, owners, engineers, architects, state and local governments, school boards, departments of transportation, universities, banks, and realtors. An inspector must have either a building inspectors license in the state of Florida, a general contractors license in the state of Florida, or an engineering degree. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Inspecting reinforcing steel configuration, size, & placement. * Inspecting concrete formwork dimensions and clearance. * Inspecting post-tensioned cable placement. * Inspecting structural steel member sizes and configuration. * Inspecting bolted and welded connections. * Inspecting precast member configuration and connections. * Monitoring and recording post-tension cable elongations. * Inspecting reinforced unit masonry. * Inspecting wood and metal roof truss systems. * Inspecting roof sheathing and nailing. * Other duties may be assigned.
