ROLE OVERVIEW:

At KIPP Adelante, the Education Specialist is considered an integral part of the education staff, therefore, they will be expected to collaborate and consult with all teachers and school personnel on a regular basis. Students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) are included in and assigned to general education classrooms for a majority of the school day.

E Provide individual or small group instruction to students according to established individual education plans. E Support behavior management program and follow individualized education plans.
