Special Education Support Teacher (Instructional Assistant)

Looking for a dynamic, Special Education Support Teacher to be a part of a collaborative team that works tirelessly in the remediation and acceleration of students in middle and high school. Must have the ability to support both general education and special education students through the co-teach model, collaborate with general education and special education teachers, as well as teach basic reading and/or math skills.

Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate instruction is a must.We believe the adults who work with our students at GPA must be committed to the work, must connect to students, must be coachable, must be collaborative, must have strong character, and must demonstrate mastery of the content area.
