Shepherd School District is looking for a Middle School Special Education Teacher!

Job Requirements

Must be certified in a 5-12 area of study, or a K-8 Elementary certified teacher. Applicant must be able to work from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, 5 days a week as contracted by Shepherd School District. Applicant will be asked to

work extra hours to perform some of the duties that come with being a teacher in a school district.

Job Description

Applicant will be teaching 7 periods a day, with one of those periods a prep. Applicant will need to be able to teach grades 6-8 in the areas as needed.

We are a professional learning community, which means you are required to collaborate with your teaching partners to work on student instruction. This is an important part of what we do at Shepherd Middle School.

There are always coaching positions available in the district if interested.

Shepherd Schools contributes $780 per month towards our medical, dental and vision plans. We also offer supplimental insurance.
