Cross Country Education allows experienced and new Special Education Aides the ability to start working promptly through a qualification process that's faster than traditional methods. Unlike other platforms, we don't require you to apply to every school in our network.

You get the opportunity to support students in accordance with their IEPs in individual or group settings.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 48 Units of College Credit • Minimum requirement of 3 months experience working with K-12 students with IEPs (Individual Educational Plans) Document Requirements • Resume • Three (3) References
