UCT is looking for a talented Spare Parts Administrator to join our team in East Phoenix, AZ!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolves procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions, and backorders)

  • Manages and tracks expedited orders

  • Manages cross-site movement of inventory

  • Disposition of dead/excess inventory

  • Disposition of DMR or NCR material

  • Tracks/follows up on FOI parts

  • Monitors Intel's systems for shipments and identifies bottlenecks

  • Maintain up to date records in SIMI

  • Single point of contact from the Intel's perspective

  • Attention to detail required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

  • High level of concentration and good communication skills

  • Regular and frequent use of one or more software packages and web-based programs

  • Multitasker with ability to work in a team environment or independently

  • Good understanding of all functions in the department and awareness of the company's operations, methods, and procedures

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Minimum college courses

  • Preferred College Degree

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Parts Management experience. Preferably in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry

Environmental Exposure:

  • May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computers, etc.

Overnight Travel:

  • Work may require out-of-town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting). 10%.
