Job Description

  • Enter and maintain customer purchase orders/sales orders.

  • Create Return Material Authorizations (RMA) when appropriate/authorized.

  • Create Quality Notifications (QN) when appropriate.

  • Work with engine manuals for various GTF, OCE, and V2500 engine programs to provide analysis on Customer and ATA code corrections

  • Collect and process customer request for quote (price/availability) - delineate by customer category (end user vs. broker); reply to requests from end-user.

  • Create Credit Memos and Debit Memos when appropriate/authorized. Collect and process customer request for quote (price/availability) - delineate by customer category (end user vs. broker)

Are you ready to go beyond? The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to interface and work with the Program Management Office and Engineering. While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of the Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the Program management team, providing advice, consultation and analysis in the Earned Value methodology. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Prepare the monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) per the Data Item Description (DID) guidelines. * Coordinate and provide guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks. * Provide guidance to program management to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS). * Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance. * Support Monthly Program Review preparation activities. * Actively support monthly Program Estimate-At-Completion reviews. * Facilitate monthly data reconciliation. * Compile compliant monthly Earned Value approved by the program manager and provided to external customer. * Support on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review process). * Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, and reports. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and internal & external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs. Experience/Basic Qualifications: * BS/BA degree * 5+ years with related business analysis experience or 3+ years with related business experience in earned value management or program financial management/support and a Masters degree * Strong analytical and trending skills * High proficiency in MS Excel * US Citizenship, due to government contracts Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration * MBA/MA degree * Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion * Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations and all levels of management * Problem-solving approach, initiative to continuous improvement principles (e.g. ACE, QCPC) * Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor * Comfortable executing under the pressures of a highly active environment * Knowledge of our Program Management toolsets (SAP, Primavera, Dassian, eCSVAR) Raytheon Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
