Create Return Material Authorizations (RMA) when appropriate/authorized.
Create Quality Notifications (QN) when appropriate.
Work with engine manuals for various GTF, OCE, and V2500 engine programs to provide analysis on Customer and ATA code corrections
Collect and process customer request for quote (price/availability) - delineate by customer category (end user vs. broker); reply to requests from end-user.
Create Credit Memo
