Overview

Our Spanish speaking Enrollments and Order Entry team members answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted". While the position is only scheduled 3-4 days a month, there are opportunities to pick up more hours during the month.

Team members increase average order size using effective-cross selling techniques. They urgently answer calls during times that customers are in queue such that no customer waits more than 10 seconds. Analyzes customer situations and determines which department the customer needs to speak with in order to serve them the best. Receives telephone orders by accurately and courteously interfacing with customers and entering enrollments and orders correctly by operating a computer terminal, telephone system, etc. Performs suggestive sales by recommending additional products or tools (i.e., books, tapes, fliers, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and professionally.

  • Ability to handle confidential information.

  • Keyboarding and computer.

  • 10 key by touch.

  • Ability to analyze problems.

  • Types 30+ WPM

  • Ability to work under stress.

  • Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
