Spanish Immersion Program Instructional Coach

The Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District (MMUUSD) seeks a dynamic leader to join our team as a Spanish Immersion Program Instructional Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting curriculum, instruction, and assessment for educators across multiple schools. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the success of our Spanish Immersion program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide curriculum oversight and support for the Spanish Immersion program.

• Collaborate with instructional coaches, principals, and district leadership to align curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

• Conduct assessment data analysis to enhance instructional effectiveness.

• Engage in parent outreach and stakeholder communication.

• Maintain program resources, including the handbook and website.

• Facilitate teacher improvement through coaching and professional development.

• Assist in the hiring and support of new teachers.

• Foster relationships with external partners, including the Spanish Consulate Education Office.

• Collaborate closely with district leadership and school administrators.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required).
