Our award-winning customer care team is looking for a skilled problem solver who can assist our customers with a wide range of contacts and help to maintain a high customer retention level. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem, complaint or concern that the customer may have.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling inbound customer contacts regarding product inquiries, placing

orders, reviewing existing order status, setting up returns and checking shipping status.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and can think outside the box if necessary to resolve

any issue that arises.

  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative

solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

  • Organize, plan and prioritize work load, and complete other assigned special projects as


  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to

establish a positive rapport with every caller.

  • Strong time-management, follow-up and organizational skills.

Job Requirements

  • Must speak Spanish and English

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center preferable, but not necessary.

  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends

  • Must have proficient organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills; email, internet usage, MS

Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

  • Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure

the company's success.



Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
