Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilmington seeks a full-time Spa Sales Manager for our established spa. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and growth-minded with a proven background in sales leadership, spa operations, and customer service.
Spa Sales Manager performance will be based on the following metrics:
Membership revenue growth -- key drivers are membership sales conversion and membership retention.
Gift card revenue growth -- key drivers are gift card sales conversion and average gift card value.
Service and product revenue growth -- key drivers are service provider hiring and retention, schedule capacity utilization, and average ticket value.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Relevant experience -- 2-3 years of successful sales leadership, preferably in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
Flexible schedule - this role requires you to work various hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Effective leadership skills -- personal integrity and commitment, team-building, accountability for all, coaching and mentoring, listening and communication, analytical thinking, and inspirational.
