Looking for a people person who loves to care for our member's, our staff and offers a kind greeting! Great first time job for responsible person who can operate with minimal supervision! In addition, the person gets extra pay to sign up new members to join the lifestyle experience for self care. So your earnings are not set with your hourly wage Earn $10 per new member sold with a steady hourly base. Earnings depend on number of possible new members that come in AND your ability to sell. We train. Across the country, front desk earn $40-80 (or more) extra per week-depends on number of new people and if you can help them understand the benefits of monthly membership to get discounted treatments!!! Besides that-it's up to you and your skills! This is a wonderful first sales job for sure!

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Tulsa Hills, is seeking a Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Some Sample Hours Possible:

Monday through Friday 5:30-10:30 (or 4:30-10:30)

Saturday 8:30-3:30, 2:30-8:30

Sunday 10-6:30

Part time will work 3 days a week/weekend and more if you are looking for it.

With a smaller front desk group-we also have some days shifts from time to time. Would be great if you can help with those in a pinch.

Responsibilities:

• Meet membership sales goals

• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services - don't worry, we'll train you!

• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last

• Capable of working flexible hours

• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

• Uphold spa cleanliness standards

• Bring a positive and energetic attitude

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents

• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required

• Must be 16 years old or older

• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail

• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
