THE JOB

Are you organized, friendly, and committed to exceptional guest service? We're seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding service to our guests.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $15.00/hr

THE DAY TO DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department

• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff

• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff

• Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs

• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests

• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks

• Prior spa experience is a plus

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Proficiency in basic computer applications

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
