We offer professional massage, facial, hair removal, and body services tailored to individual needs, available seven days a week. As part of the Hand & Stone franchise, which includes over 600 locations, our mission is to provide a calming environment where guests can relax, rejuvenate, and restore their well-being.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Day Spa Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Client Experience: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and personalized care, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the spa budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue generation through effective marketing strategies.
  • Sales Success: Exceed personal sales metrics, as well as promote team sales performance by driving key metrics.
  • Marketing: Implement promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, utilizing social media and grassroots community engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure the spa adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a safe, hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in spa or wellness management, preferably in a day spa setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using spa management software and basic financial management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Relevant certifications in spa management or wellness (preferred).
