We offer professional massage, facial, hair removal, and body services tailored to individual needs, available seven days a week. As part of the Hand & Stone franchise, which includes over 600 locations, our mission is to provide a calming environment where guests can relax, rejuvenate, and restore their well-being.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Day Spa Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Client Experience: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and personalized care, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the spa budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue generation through effective marketing strategies.
- Sales Success: Exceed personal sales metrics, as well as promote team sales performance by driving key metrics.
- Marketing: Implement promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, utilizing social media and grassroots community engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure the spa adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a safe, hygienic environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in spa or wellness management, preferably in a day spa setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Proficient in using spa management software and basic financial management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Relevant certifications in spa management or wellness (preferred).
