The Southern Pines location seeks a motivated and outgoing Spa Manager to join our team.
The Leadership Team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team oriented environment. The Spa Manager is vital in helping achieve this goal, as they help motivate and organize a team of over 25 employees. This is a full time position with opportunities to earn commission and annual bonuses. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support employees to peak performance. Salary is commensurate on experience. Bi-weekly Incentive program in addition to base salary
The primary duties for our Spa Manager are:
Manage all scheduling for front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians.
Oversee training of staff
Order retail and professional supplies as needed, manage current inventory on all products
Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff
Oversee implementation of corporate protocols
Fielding all client concerns/ comments as needed and assist with front desk staff
Other duties assigned by ownership team
Experience and skill requirements:
2-4 years management experience
Must be a dynamic leader who can guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
Must posess excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be a self starter who enjoys working with the public in a fast paced enviroment
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
Must show proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Availability to work Saturdays a must; some evening availability preferred
Experience with point of sale system preferred
