Key Responsibilities:
Manage the spa concierge desk efficiently and professionally.
Respond to spa inquiries accurately, resolving or referring issues as needed.
Coordinate and remind clients of their spa appointments.
Handle cash, credit, and resident account transactions for services and products.
Prepare accurate spa service reports for accounting.
Assist with customer service in the Spa Café.
Support marketing efforts by collecting prospective resident information.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year in customer service or administrative role.
Experience with older adults or in healthcare preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
