Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the spa concierge desk efficiently and professionally.

• Respond to spa inquiries accurately, resolving or referring issues as needed.

• Coordinate and remind clients of their spa appointments.

• Handle cash, credit, and resident account transactions for services and products.

• Prepare accurate spa service reports for accounting.

• Assist with customer service in the Spa Café.

• Support marketing efforts by collecting prospective resident information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or administrative role.

• Experience with older adults or in healthcare preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
