Spa Associate Daily Job Duties:

• Provide Exceptional customer service and build relationships

• Educate on memberships and our extensive menu of services - don't worry, we will train you!

• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services to clients

• Uphold our spa cleanliness standards

• Answer phone, schedule appointments and file documents

• Bring a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn!

• Perform other duties as requested

Spa Associates are not required to go to massage school, we offer the sponsorship as a career advancement opportunity only. All training is via a 3rd party school not affiliated with our location. Hand & Stone Plymouth provides scholarships and job opportunities only which will be paid out over 2 years upon licensure and employment at the Hand & Stone of Plymouth.
