For these jobs we are seeking hands-on individuals who can work longer hours in challenging conditions. Experience in a soybean processing plant, refinery, mill, or grain elevator would be helpful, but is not required.

The duties of this hands-on job will include: soybean receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and transferring; monitoring stored grain condition; loading out soybean meal and oil; and maintaining and cleaning receiving and loadout facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow workers. Receiving and Loadout Operators will be cross trained to perform a variety of tasks.

This job will be 2nd shift, usually 2pm to 10:30pm, with some overtime, including weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a processing plant, refinery, mill, or elevator is preferred

• Available to work off hours and weekends

• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)

• For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English

• Physical requirements

• This job can be physically strenuous

• You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces

• You will work at heights

• You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more

• This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders

• You will be required to wear PPE
