About the Job:

The Radiology Clinical Operations Manager provides leadership and direction to the Radiology Department according to professional standards of care, federal and state regulations, and appropriate code of ethics. The manager is focused on the effective and efficient delivery of care, patient/customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous quality improvement. The Radiology Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of several Radiology modalities and all associated imaging services as well as responsible for working collaboratively with the Director of Radiology in maintaining the overall operation and success of the department.

What You'll Do:

• Focus on the effective and efficient delivery of care, patient/customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous quality improvement.

• Work closely with managers/supervisors in the Radiology Department to anticipate needs of the department, on a daily basis.

• Act as resource to staff members, physicians, and senior leadership for department growth possibilities.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiology, Business, or Healthcare Administration required.
• NH License through the NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• ARRT Certification in at least one modality or equivalent (ARDMS,NMTCB) required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in imaging, of which included three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in Radiology Management required.
