Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Sous Chef Tournant to join our exciting culinary team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company The Sous Chef Tournant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Sous Chef Tournant role will train the team and mentor the junior Sous Chefs.

The kitchen presents an endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for cook positions of all levels. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required. 3-5 years of previous culinary experience Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Kitchen's food production area to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
