Our award-winning BALEEN Naples restaurant seeks a sous chef that has an outgoing personality, wanting to elevate the dining experience while having fun and creating memorable dining experiences. The above are just a couple of great attributes that this position offers and requires. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in upscale culinary dining and enjoys working on his or her feet.
