The Sous Chef is:

• Experienced, preferably 3+ years cooking experience in an upscale restaurant

• Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment

• Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff

• Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
