About the Job
Responsible for the oversight of the food production area, taking a lead role in the daily meal preparation and assisting the Chef with planning menus and establishing recipes.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and specialized courses in culinary arts or equivalent experience required
Licensure, Certification, Registration:
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Excellent organizational skills
Experience: Minimum three to five years experience in a functional kitchen
Rotating weekends and holidays.
Out by 8:30 pm
