Join our dynamic team as a Sous Chef, leading our culinary, nutrition services, and dishroom staff to excellence. You'll train and guide employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-notch service. Oversee our Nutrition Services, delivering cost-effective, high-quality meals. Foster a supportive and caring environment in all your interactions with patients, families, and coworkers. Be part of a role that makes a difference every day!

Schedule

  • Full-Time | 80 hours every two weeks

  • 8 hour shifts | Shifts between 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Every third weekend and third holiday

Pay and Benefits

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in food service

  • ServSafe certified and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) or Food Manager Certification by the state of MN required withing 18 months

  • Certified Dietary Manager Preferred

  • Valid MN class D driver's license

  • Computer skills in Word and Excel
