As a Sourcing Specialist dedicated to nurturing pipelines of top talent across various critical roles, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Custom Ink achieves its ambitious goals for expansion. You'll leverage market data, research, and proven methods for sourcing passive candidates in high-demand fields spanning technology, sales, operations, and more. As part of our high-performing Recruiting Team, you'll be a valuable partner to both our function and the business at large by ensuring on deck pipelines and a steady stream of live market data gleaned from your searches. What you'll do:
As a Sourcing Specialist focused on building top talent pipelines for various critical roles you'll be a key source of talent across the business. This means you'll have the opportunity to:
Leverage best in class talent platforms, research, and market/candidate analysis tools to source the best of the best across the diverse spectrum of roles that make Custom Ink unique
Bring sourcing best practices in-house to ensure Custom Ink is in the driver's seat when it comes to sourcing passive talent

Build strategic pipelines for key capabilities required to meet our strategic goals

What we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will be an idea-generator and thought partner, who demonstrates a love for finding great talent.
Accordingly, the ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:
5+ years of fast paced, diverse, and high volume sourcing experience (ideally for Tech, Sales & Leadership roles)
Omnichannel experience preferred
Deep understanding of sourcing best practices such as boolean, Google searches, tailored outreach, follow up etc.
Ability to identify innovative sourcing solutions based on research and observation while remaining comfortable in unchartered territory
Positive, customer-focused, and results-driven attitude
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
Superior relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates
Results driven - familiarity and comfort using metrics to inform decision making
Stellar written and oral communication
Proven comfort in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
