What You'll Do:

Responsible for the following:

  • Inventory Management

  • Process documentation and data entry based on daily purchase reports

  • Send payments and auditing sourcing invoices

  • Handle coordination with gate passes for auctions and/or preferred sellers

  • Enter recon data

  • Process Improvement

  • Problem-solving

  • Ability to work comfortably with several business groups

  • Execution and discipline

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in automotive is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL

  • Skilled at multi-tasking

  • Strong communication skills

  • A quick learner

  • Good time management skills
