WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This position is responsible for the support of corporate services including uniform program, office cleaning, paper/janitorial supplies, lawn/snow removal, portable sanitation, and waste management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the uniform programs.

• Liaison with locations and uniform providers for service approvals.

• Works with Accounts Payable and uniform provider to resolve invoice discrepancies.

• Internal contact with cleaning services

• Follow up with contract cleaning providers for continued exceptional service.

• Procure the office janitorial supplies (toilet paper, soap, roll towels)

• Facilitate cleaning services at plant locations (one time, contract, etc.)

• Manage paper supplies.

• Including delivery tickets, all paper products, and envelopes.

• Facilitate changes to documents.

• Support plant location services including lawn, snow removal, sanitation, and waste.

• Special Projects as assigned.

• Ability to multitask, willingness to do multiple jobs and learn new processes.

• Contribute to a cross-functional team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated with the ability to make appropriate decisions working within established guidelines.

• Proven analytical, strategic/critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence including process documentation.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups or employees of the organization.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, percentages and volume.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory Forecasting software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing Software.
