Job Description:

This position will support the buy/sell process and the Trading team. This partner will be responsible for maintaining Oracle and PLM databases, and will be a central contact for new items. The position will include onboarding of new suppliers, routine reporting, data entry and establishing and maintaining measurements for the team.

What you'll do:

  • Process vendor direct orders and communicate details to Customer Service

  • Become knowledgeable in systems used in sourcing, which includes: Supplier Portal, SpecSafe, PLM, Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau and Diver

  • Maintain data in the PLM and Oracle system, which includes: item set up/maintenance, COM maintenance, IPV resolution

  • Monitor, track and verify eCOA data from key suppliers to complete shipments and receipts

  • Become process owner for the complaint resolution (SOS) process

  • Become process owner for the supplier onboarding process via Supplier Portal.

  • Ownership to ensure supplier documents and documentation standards are met (COI, hold harmless, confidentiality, allergens, Halal, Kosher, etc.)

  • Update and maintain monthly Sourcing reports

  • Establish and maintain tools to support team measurement requirements (IPV Match Rate, IPV resolution, item setup timeline, cost quote turnaround time, complaint resolution)

  • Provide backup support to other team members as needed

  • Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety
