We're looking for a Talent Sourcer that is passionate about driving recruiting strategy and building a network of strong, diverse talent through multiple channels. This role will report directly to the Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition and will work cross functionally with recruiters, Talent Development, as well as business stakeholders and partners.
Source, engage and attract top talent for Global Partners
Build a candidate pipeline through innovative research, compelling outreach and complete candidate assessment/interviewing
Partner with the talent acquisition team to create an effective search strategy with the goal of building effective teams and creating pipelines
Provide market knowledge and insight to help influence and drive an effective sourcing strategy.
Own, design and proactively deliver sourcing insights to improve the process
1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience (in-house or agency)
Demonstrated strength and passion for using blended sourcing techniques including Boolean search strings
Track record of success in hiring quality candidates
Ability to meet growing pipeline demand in a dynamic environment
Experience cultivating talent for hard to fill roles through strong research and interviewing technique
Effective and professional communication skills
Retail experience / Oil Energy industry experience a plus.
