Job Summary:

The School of Management is piloting a new Summer Fellowship Program with the SF Chamber of Commerce. As part of a Chamber Fellowship program, we are seeking a Marketing fellow to support the Marketing & Events Team.

This person will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support our marketing and communication efforts. They will be involved in a variety of digital marketing initiatives to engage our members and community. This position will be in-person at our headquarters in downtown San Francisco between Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday for approx. 8 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Support

● Assist with creating and scheduling content for various platforms.

● Helpwithengagement on social channels.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions for new target audiences.

Develop Weekly eNewsletter

● Track newsletter engagement metrics under supervision.

● Workingtodevelop Content Creation.

● Learn about analytics and data reporting best practices.

● Research industry trends for team use.

Qualifications:

● Enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

● Interest in business advocacy and community development.

● Comfortable with digital marketing tools and platforms.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
