Solutions Sales Design Engineer (Hybrid)

About the Role:

As part of our Transactions and Compliance team, our Solution Design Engineer will be a Program Specialist performing proxy redesign and content solutions. This role will work with Sales and Market research individuals to gather analysis regarding voting trends from current annual meetings. Liaison between Client, Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure the timelines and deliverables are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the sales cycle to ensure processes are followed

• Assist Senior Solution Design Engineers to create and deliver proof of design concepts for sales presentations.

• Actively participate in sales calls involving client requirements pertinent to proxy advisory and design services.

• Assisting with managing client expectations during the life cycle of the project.

• Assist in gathering material for use by Marketing, Sales and Management.

• Collect information from clients regarding requirements, mapping those to the Toppan Merrill platform proposed. Making design recommendations and advising clients independently.

• Keep up to date on current trends and topics related to Corporate Governance and Proxy disclosure.

• Work closely with Solution Design team members to plan and organize project timelines.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to keep calm and manage tight timelines in a demanding environment

• Have a basic understanding of Proxy disclosure

• Ability to understand and implement Corporate Brand Guidelines

• Creative individual who can assist with the creation of new elements and designs

• Meticulous style and formatting proofreading skills

• Ability to appropriately direct efforts of diverse internal and external groups to achieve required results

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to anticipate client needs

• Project management e skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

Minimum Experience

• Desired 5+ years' experience with knowledge of SEC filing documents and graphics/document formatting expertise

• Knowledge of Commercial/Financial Printing requirements would be beneficial

Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 per year
