Broadcom's Enterprise Software portfolio helps the world's largest organizations succeed in Digital Transformation at Scale. This role will be a key contributor to communicating a business outcome-based story to executive level buyers and influencers.
The solutions marketing manager is a key role within the Enterprise Software organization, developing compelling content and messaging that will resonate with executives at the world's largest organization. This individual needs to be a driven, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization. The role will develop a diverse range content of content including PowerPoint presentations, blog and web copy, customer success stories and more.
You should have 8+ years of experience in product, solutions and/or corporate marketing, preferably at a large technology or software company. The role will require working collaboratively in a geographically diverse organization, and will require engaging and influencing cross functional teams, including account-based marketing, product marketing, product management, sales and executives. Excellent oral and written communication skills will be essential to success. The ability to create impactful and engaging PowerPoint designs will be a key consideration.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop compelling positioning and messaging for our Enterprise Software solutions to target personas and industries
Translate value propositions into impactful sales enablement, including pitch decks, case studies, sales sheets, videos, collateral, whitepapers and more
Be an expert on the enterprise software market, monitor industry trends and keep close eye on competitors
Partner with ABM teams on development of campaigns and content
Be a customer advocate; make sure that customer content is included in anything and everything we do in marketing
Spearhead content and programs that foster Broadcom's thought leadership in the industry, resulting in higher product and solution awareness
Partner with sales enablement to ensure consistency of message across the entire sales cycle.
