The Solutions Manager will be the primary point of contact for institutional leadership at key institutions where repeatable/scalable processes have been put in place by a Solutions Architect. In addition, this role will be responsible for working with the McGraw-Hill sales and implementation teams to craft and execute successful course management strategies. This role is also the primary contact to triage support concerns through evaluation of daily CXG reporting and internally (institution) escalated issues that failed to reach CXG.
Your contribution to the team includes:
Leveraging the CXG daily report to identify trends, working with Solutions Architect to develop plans to address common support issues.
Managing the process of bringing a new Connect courses online including eBook conversions and alerting Implementation, sales and ID teams to new offerings.
Developing and maintaining School specific on-boarding materials.
Working with the School to integrate Connect/Integration training into general on-boarding process for adjunct instructors.
Facilitating trainings and/or coordinate trainings with internal IC team.
What you'll need to be successful:
BS Degree and 3 years' experience in education technology, software implementation, or Higher Education.
High-degree of account ownership and initiative to keep the customer relationship on a positive trajectory
Effectively communicate/formulate strategy, ideas and solutions to internal and external customers.
Understanding of capabilities and restrictions of technologies as they relate to integration and implementation.
Excellent problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills to serve and support internal and external customers effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge of and or experience in the education market.
