PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 82,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & SAP Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications and collaborations solutions. Fundamentally, IT services is enabling SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with happy end users.

Our IT Go to Market Services is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP's core Sales Deal Execution business processes closely interacting with the respective LoB Global Customer Organization (GCO). Here we act as the Business' trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach. In a joint responsibility with the respective business and process teams, we identify strategic priorities, determine the portfolio and corresponding execution plans.

Our group is looking for an experienced Callidus Solutions Manager, experienced with Sales Performance Management and Incentive and Commissions Management solutions.

You can work on a wide variety of projects focusing on cloud services and solutions to user experience and operations support. You can be part of IT teams who showcase SAP as the company's first and best reference customer through the SAP Runs SAP program and close collaboration and co-innovation with our SAP standard development organization.

We are looking for bright minds to participate and contribute their great ideas through co-innovation and solution implementation projects empowered through SAP's cutting-edge technologies to enable SAP as the digital enterprise. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Within our IT unit to enable best in class IT solutions for our Go-to-Market and Sales business processes you will:

  • Be part of an agile scrum team, assume responsibility for tasks and complete them end-to-end with the best quality and user experience

  • Play key aspects of designing, supporting and adopting Callidus Commissions and performance management solutions within SAP.

  • primarily focus on system configuration and innovative enhancements to support best in class solutions via development, configuration scripting, automation testing and improvements in software lifecycle release management processes

  • Manage the end-to-end project delivery process by coordinating customer, partner, and our own staff members to ensure successful implementations of Callidus Cloud solutions.

  • Manage project plan, resource assignment, project P&L and change requests.

  • Become a domain expert, and play a hands-on role in implementation project by leading business analysis, requirements gathering, solution definition, testing and deployment.

  • Support presales activities, including customer discovery workshop, sales presentations, project scoping, trade shows, and proposal writing.

  • Build prototypes, sales demos, and solutions based on requirements specific to the region.

  • Develop and conduct customer and partner training and enablement.

  • Develop best practices, reusable toolkits and templates for efficient project delivery.

  • Expected travel 25%

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Graduate in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent

  • Callidus sales Performance Management and Commissions Management solutions experience is a must.

  • Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed

  • Experience in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.) connected with End-User Centricity

  • Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team

  • Excellent English skills.

  • Customer-focused, business acumen and good communication and interpersonal skills

  • High Quality Focus.

  • Knowledge of SAP Applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, S/4 HANA, Concur) a plus

  • Experience working with Callidus cloud products, namely commissions management.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and SQL stored procedures (PL/SQL, T-SQL).

  • Experience working with relational databases, SQL server.

  • Knowledge of IT technologies like web technologies (java, J2EE, and application servers), DBMS (Oracle and DB2), and ETL (e.g., Informatica), and reporting (e.g., Crystal Reports and Business Objects).

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise applications like CRM, ERP or HRMS, with a solid track record of success.

  • Deep knowledge of Callidus of Performance Management and Commissions Management solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting and project management.

  • Knowledge of insurance, financial services, or telecom industries.

  • Past or present experience working in consulting environment is a plus.

  • Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably SCRUM.
